Today you all came out to do a final quality assurance walk-through. I wanted to let you know that your crew did a very good job with the install, but I was particularly impressed with the guys who came out to follow up/check on the quality. They checked over everything with a very fine-tooth comb, found and repaired a few little things that had been overlooked, and walked through the entire yard to clean up any little remnants of debris they found. I would have been satisfied and even fairly happy with just the work of the original crew. But that little extra on the part of the walkthrough crew really impressed me and is indicative of a company with a real sense of pride and professionalism. I will definitely recommend you to anyone I know who needs roofing done, and will call again for any future projects. Thank you for the great experience!
